Upon purchase, the manufacturer provides one on-site installation and user training session at the time of initial setup.
The training is conducted prior to first use and takes approximately 20 minutes, using a simplified user guide to ensure ease of understanding.
To support sufficient learning, a user manual (PDF) and demonstration video are also provided.
(Demonstration videos are available only when playback conditions allow.)

After use, please close the device cover before storage.
If the device will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to power it off before storage.
Place the product on a flat and stable surface. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
When charging the battery, use the provided original charger or an approved charger that meets the specified standards.
Always use the power supply specified in the product specifications and connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.
Before moving the device, ensure that it is powered off and all cables are disconnected.
When moving the device, ensure that no impact occurs and do not apply pressure to the front panel.
Only trained administrators should move the device. Unauthorized relocation is not permitted.
The product must be installed on a flat and stable surface. Tilting or imbalance may result in falling or damage.
Contact with organic solvents or excessive friction may cause deformation, discoloration, or component detachment.

The manufacturer and seller are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or storage in unsuitable environments.
